Roasted Figs & Prosciutto (Forbidden Fruit, Thinly Veiled)

12 figs (brown or green), stems removed
3 oz. Prosciutto, sliced in half lengthwise
3 oz. goat cheese log (soft)

Preheat oven to 450F.

Wrap prosciutto around figs and place an inch apart on a baking sheet sprayed or brushed lightly with oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the prosciutto is crisp.

Serve with goat cheese on the side or wait until the figs cool and stuff them with the goat cheese.
