Antipasto Platter

Put round cheese (like Fontina or fresh mozzarella balls) in the center of a large Italian platter. Arrange around the cheese: olives, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, artichoke bottoms, sopressata (or salami), cornichons, peppers, roasted tomatoes/bell peppers, marinated mushrooms, etc. Mangia!

Serves: 6-8
