Upside Down Cake Pineapple

3 1/2 cup cake flour
4 teaspoons double acting baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter is optional I did not put any butter to be healthy (use 1/3 of cup of olive oil instead)
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 or 8 eggs

Preheat the oven 375 Put all the ingredients together beat them to death by hand is impossible unless you have all the time in the world do it with the electrical beater or mixer. But before you put the cake mix put a can of Pineapple and cocktail cherries in nice a way before pineapple put butter and brown sugar so the pineapple does not burn. Do not put the juice of teh pineapple maybe a few drops for flavor. In a Bundt container takes 45 minutes then immediately flipped onto the plate you are going to serve leave for a minutes 1 minute and is ready.

Leave at room temperature before you serve and serve it with vanilla ice cream. (you can also make it with peaches)
