Summer Salad Resplendent with New World Tomatoes

Mixed greens
3 large heirloom tomatoes (I like Marvel Stripe the best)
1 pkg tiny mozzarella balls

Drain mozzarella, rinse greens, cut tomatoes in 1 in chunks. Combine.

1 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 T sherry vinegar
4 T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together and dress salad. Don't add all the dressing at first, and toss for a long time to evenly coat the greens. If more dressing is needed, add it.

Serves: 6
