Pink Christmas Cheese Wreath

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 T. white onion, minced
1 t. brandy
a few drops red food coloring

Blend first four ingredients until smooth. Add food coloring a drop or two at a time until the mixture is just the right shade of pink. On a serving plate, shape into a wreath and decorate with cherry tomatoes and a green pepper bow.
