Peach Cobbler

10 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 T cinnamon
honey
butter

Grease a 9 x 12 glass pan. Toss peaches with cinnamon. Put them in pan and drizzle honey over them. Dot them with slices of butter.

2 c sifted whole wheat flour
1 t salt
1 T baking powder
1/3 c chilled butter
3/4 c milk

Sift dry ingredients together. Grate butter into dry ingredients, and cut it into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender until the texture is a coarse meal. Make a well in the center and add milk. Stir just until dough holds together. Drop spoonfuls of dough over the peaches until almost covered. Bake in a 450 degree oven until peaches are cooked and bubbling, and biscuits are browned and cooked through. (20-40 minutes--I can't remember).
