Cinnamon Tea
4 c. water
four 4-inch cinnamon sticks
2 t. sugar
In a small saucepan, combine the water and the cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook about 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks form the water. Stir in the sugar. Boil one minute before serving.
Serves: 4
