Celery, Leek and Potato Soup

Three to four patatoes, take the skin
one whole stock of celery cut the leaves
one big leek
one or two small onions

Add all in water with salt enough to boil all the ingredients. Put everything in a pot to boil until is soft do not take the water you are going to use it when everything is soft put all veggies in the blender with the same water not too much water blended in small portion because is hot and then everything is perfect to put it in another pot for soup.

You are going to have like a light green puree but do not forget do not put all the water the soup is thick from teh potatoes. Then add veggies bouillon or chicken bouillon dash of celery salt and boil for five minutes more and ready to eat and ready to eat.
