Beef Casserole
1 pound of Stroganoff beef, cut in cubes put the pot with water
Add celery, cut in big pieces, because is peasant style and rustic food does not need too much cutting.
Add beef stock or cubes of beef bouillon
Add one tomato
10 red potatoes very small
2 onions cut them round and kind of thick
A whole garlic head
4 shallots onions
Boiled for 30 minutes as long as the beef is tender add some drops of english sauce (worchestershire sauce). Ready to eat.
Serves: 6 to 8
