Butterfly ID clinic – Saturday, June 7 at 11 am
In anticipation of the two butterfly counts which will take place in Marin County, the Marin Monarch Working Group is sponsoring a butterfly identification clinic at 11 AM on Saturday June 7.
The Central Marin Butterfly Count will be held on June 14th and the Point Reyes Butterfly Count will be held on July 19th.
The butterfly ID clinic will be held at the Marin Art and Garden Center at 30 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Ross, CA starting at 11 am, Saturday, June 7. Long time butterfly enthusiast and Count leader Wendy Dreskin will be the instructor. We will hold the clinic at the picnic tables at the MAGC and will look around for butterflies in the extensive garden there. Bring your lunch and drinking water.
