Senior Stroll at Bear Valley

This shaded path is one of the best places in the county to enjoy a warm fall day. We'll follow a relatively level fire road along a creek enjoying the natural wonders that thrive among the shadows of towering Douglas-firs and stately alders. Remember to bring binoculars, if you have them.
Heavy smoke cancels: Call (415) 893-9527 after 8am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if cancelled. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend.

Location Point Reyes National Seashore. Meet at the large parking area on the other side of the road from the Bear Valley Visitor Center.
Directions From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 20.4 miles to Olema. Turn right onto Hwy 1. Go 500 feet, turn left onto Bear Valley Rd. 0.6 miles, turn left on Bear Valley Visitor Center Access Rd. Parking area is on the left, past the driveway for the Red Barn.
